# Ostrich Designs Ostrich Designs is a small team in the North West of England making gifts that say you know them: personalised names, initials and photos; funny ranges (definitions, pop art, retro sass, quotes); and mugs about their thing (hills, dogs, cars, the office). Sold direct at https://ostrich-designs.com. The mascot is Colin, an ostrich who marks empty pages and dead ends and appears nowhere on the products themselves. ## Areas - Outdoors (Summit Patches): https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/summit-patches - Gift (personalised names, initials and monograms): https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/initials https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/monograms https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/milestone-ages https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/personalised - Pets: https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/pet-pop-art https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/dog-mums-and-dads https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/pet-lover-mugs - Photo (1950s-style photo mugs): https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/the-fifties - Joke (novelty and cheeky humour): https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/pop-art https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/retro-sass https://ostrich-designs.com/collections/definitions ## Personalisation Some mugs take a typed name or initial (the "Name" line item property at checkout). The design's own slot sets the real character limit; the field on the page is a courtesy hint, not the limit itself. A request that will not print - profanity, or text that does not fit the design - is held for a human rather than guessed at or silently trimmed, so treat any personalisation field as advisory input, not a guaranteed-print value. ## Dispatch and returns Most mugs are posted the same day they are ordered, Monday to Saturday; a few designs take up to four working days, and each product page states its own dispatch day and delivery date rather than a single site-wide claim. Standard delivery is free on every UK order; orders of GBP 25 and over are upgraded, automatically and at no extra charge, to express tracked delivery (next working day). Standard items can be returned within 14 days of notice for a full refund (buyer pays return postage on change of mind, we pay it if the item is faulty or wrong); personalised items are made to the buyer's specification and are excluded from that right to cancel unless faulty or not as described. ## Contact colin@ostrich-designs.com ## Further discovery Read-only product, collection and search URLs are crawlable from https://ostrich-designs.com/sitemap.xml.
