Can I put their name on it?

Yes, on any mug marked Personalised. You type the name on the mug's page before adding it to your basket.

When will it arrive?

Each mug's page shows its delivery date before you order. UK delivery is free.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Personalised mugs can't be returned for a change of mind, but we replace any we got wrong.
